Ingredients: 400 mg white willow bark powder. Take 1 or 2 capsule 2 to 3 times daily as needed to support pain and/or inflammation. May increase dose to 2 every 4 hours for acute situations, but reduce to normal dose after 24 hours. Contains 100 capsules. Should not be used if pregnant or nursing. Long-term use may cause gastrointestinal irritation. Should not be used to lower fevers in children. People who are allergic to aspirin should avoid white willow. Do not take if using blood-thinning medications.
